Teresa Jones

Client Care

Teresa works on the very busy reception desk at Dovecote Veterinary Hospital. She started in 2014 after previously working in customer care within the Post Office and banking sector. Working on reception means she is always kept busy meeting clients and their fantastic pets and she finds that the best part of her job is seeing the pets’ reaction when being reunited with their owners again.

Outside of work Teresa enjoys cycling, the hillier the better, going to the gym and keeping track of her five cats.

He was so kind to Alfie and explained everything to my mom (who is not vet trained) and did Alfie’s MRI there and then even though it was going to make it a late finish. Unfortunately we had to make the call to put my lovely boy to sleep and Sergio and the nurses were really kind and helpful.
