Mandy joined Dovecote Veterinary Hospital in September 2001 as a part-time emergency receptionist, and became a full-time in house receptionist  in January 2009. She then went on to qualify as an AMTRA C-SQP in September 2012 and more recently has undertaken the Blue Cross Pet Bereavement course to become a Bereavement Support Advisor.

She has two crazy Flat Coated Retrievers, a Border Collie and a Mastiff cross. Mandy enjoys walking with the dogs, reading, holidays as well as going to the local gym and spa with friends.
