Wound closure/reconstruction techniques
Wound closure and reconstructive surgery are challenges that small animal practitioners encounter on a regular basis. During this evening meeting both the science and art required for the successful management of these challenging cases will be discussed. The talk will be taught around case examples which highlight the principles and surgical practice of wound closure/construction. An overview of newer techniques such as use of skin expanders will be provided and there will also be the opportunity for delegates to discuss some of their own problem cases.
